Smallholder farmers hand-pick the ripe cherry and deliver it to the Karambi vaskestasjon, where it’s sorted, pulped, and washed with fresh mountain spring water. The result is a clean, elegant cup with a soft body and a long, sweet finish — litt som en blåbærpai med mørk sjokolade på siden.
