This coffee comes from the Province of Cartama in southwest Antioquia, Colombia - a region made up of eleven coffee-loving towns like Jericó, Támesis, and Fredonia. For generations, small family farms have been tending the steep mountain slopes between 1,200 and 1,800 meters, where rich volcanic soil and perfectly timed rainfall create the ideal environment for Arabica varieties like Caturra, Castillo, and Bourbon.
